Batman: Arkham Knight is the fourth action adventure game in the Batman: Arkham series. It is the sequel to Batman: Arkham Origins. Batman: Arkham Knight was developed by Rocksteady Studios and was published by Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment. Knights is scheduled for release in June of 2015.
The storyline for Batman: Arkham Knight comes from the highly successful comic books. Batman: Arkham Knight will keep up with the player as Batman as he hunts down Scarecrow. The antagonist is Scarecrow and he has just carried out an attack on Gotham City.
Players experience the game over Batman’s shoulder due to the third person perspective system. The players character, Batman, is skilled in all of combat, detective based hunts, and being stealthy. All of these skills will become useful to the player when they get involved in battles.
Batman: Arkham Knight has added the batmobile as an accessible vehicle. This means the player can actually drive it around Gotham City. This amazing vehicle can be called in by the player whenever and wherever he wishes. It can be driven in just in time as the player is landing.
The batmobile comes in handy when in combat in Batman: Arkham Knight because it is bulletproof. It is also capable of jumping across buildings, generating speed boosts, and crashing right through any object that may be in the way. It even has defensive mechanisms that launch deadly missiles of fire to stop enemies and vehicles in their places.
If Batman happens to be in his batmobile and needs to evacuate to fight an opponent the car can just launch him out of his seat. He’ll immediately be thrown into the world of Gotham City to take care of any enemies nearby. Some of the enemies in Batman: Arkham Knight will react to being scared of the batmobile alone, which lowers the number of battles Batman needs to fight. This vehicle features laser that will automatically start shooting at the enemies surrounding it. It can also be upgraded to gain new systems of defense.
Since the batmobile is capable of so many things that are meant for different scenarios it has two modes. One of the modes batmobile can function in is called pursuit. In pursuit mode the car is ready for driving around like a normal vehicle. Pursuit mode is what should be used for accomplishing the various driving challenges featured in Batman: Arkham Knight.
The other mode available for the batmobile in Batman: Arkham Knight is battle mode. When the vehicle is turned over to be in battle mode it will not appear to be a normal car anymore. It will almost transform into a heavy duty tank. The military style tank allows for a full 360 degree range of movement and visibility.
Players will have a clear view of what’s going on all around them. A range of weapons also become available whether they be guns or missiles. The guns on board shoot at high speeds to destroy other vehicles in the area and the missile can launch across great distance to take out incoming enemies. Arkham Knight gives an open-world gameplay.
Other games in the Batman: Arkham series which you can play include:
You can play other super-hero games such as The Amazing Spider-Man 2 or games like Max Payne 3. You should also consider playing games like Dragon Age: Inquisition, Dragon Ball Xenoverse and shooting games – the most popular ones are Call of Duty: Ghosts and Battlefield Hardline.
